HOW TO TAKE CARE OF JEWELRY

As a member of our Friends and Family Diamond Club, we invite you to stop by twice a year for us to professionally check and clean your purchases.

Cleaning your diamond jewelry at home is a simple way to keep it looking spectacular. We recommend weekly cleanings with dish-washing liquid and a soft toothbrush. We find that using an electric toothbrush helps removes dirt better and gives you a result closer to a professional cleaning. It is also okay to use a 50:50 mix of ammonia and water. Thoroughly rinse in hot water and brush again, followed by another rinse. The whole process should take about 5 minutes.

This same cleaning method can be used on sapphire and ruby jewelry. For emeralds, pearls and semiprecious gems please consult us first.
